Disclaimer for loadprocessing.living

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use loadprocessing.living. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Loadprocessing Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Loadprocessing Heating & Air.

Connection Is Not Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work, nor that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Learning

The content on this website is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Prices

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they change with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work begins.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and we do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Staying Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Loadprocessing Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of the Information

We try to keep this website correct and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
